This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and hard working technician with passion for lenses / the film industry to participate in our exciting and fast growing company. Previous experience as a cinema lens technician is required. People who do not meet the requirements will not be considered. Cine Visuals is a boutique cinema lens rental company, working with other equipment rental companies worldwide throughout the film industry. Our LA office, located in Hollywood, is currently seeking a cinema lens technician to join our growing team. This position will encompass the following responsibilities: Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing lenses Maintaining, repairing, and servicing cinema lenses Requirements for the successful applicant: Prior cinema lens technician experience is required (this role can be either Junior or Senior level) Knowledgable about the inner workings of various brands of cinema lenses (able to disassemble and reassemble lenses from Cooke, Leitz, Zeiss, etc.) Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail skills are a must Ability to concentrate in a busy environment Candidates must possess and demonstrate a polite, friendly demeanor to establish an upbeat and professional rapport with clients and colleagues Cine Visuals embraces diversity and equal opportunity.
