Job Description

Job Summary California Eye Professionals, an established Ophthalmology and Optometry Practice with offices in Menifee, Temecula and Hemet CA seeks a motivated, career-minded Ophthalmic Tech who thrives in a busy clinic and delivers exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities Patient Workups :
Document patient histories, measure visual acuities, and perform applanation tonometry.
Clinical Testing :
Conduct dilations, external exams, and slit-lamp assessments.
Diagnostic Imaging :
Operate advanced equipment such as OPTOS, OCT, Visual Fields (VF), and fundus photography.
Collaboration :
Work closely with our eye physicians in all facets of clinical care.

Qualifications & Skills Experience :
2+ years of technician experience (Ophthalmology or Optometry office preferred).
Education :
Some college coursework or a Medical Assisting Certificate.
Certification :
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) designation is a plus.
Skills :
Strong command of ophthalmic terminology and excellent communication skills.
Attributes :
Detail-oriented, energetic, friendly, and highly cooperative.
Languages :
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Job Type:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
