In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care within our ophthalmology practice. You will assist our optometrists and ophthalmologists in various procedures, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care while maintaining a smooth workflow in the clinic. Duties Conduct preliminary examinations Gather patient history Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including visual acuity tests, tonometry, and retinal imaging. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and post-operative care. Qualifications Strong patient care skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
