Computer skills are a must. Evening and Saturday availability is a necessity. We are looking for applicants who desire long term employment only. Job Duties (not limited to): Front desk responsibilities (answering phones, data entry, faxing, scanning) Frame selection/dispensing, repairs, and adjustments Placing glasses and contact lenses orders Insurance verification/billing Pretesting Checking patients in/out General light cleaning of the office

Qualifications:

Personable/friendly/outgoing with strong communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Professional demeanor and appearance Exceptional work ethic Farsi or Spanish is a plus Be able to work independently and in team setting Weekend is a must Be punctual All employees are cross-trained.
