In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional care and support throughout their visit. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth clinic operations from patient intake to checkout. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process, including collecting personal information and verifying insurance details Contact lens insertion/removal training, dispensing contact lens ordersfd Prepare patients for eye exams by performing preliminary assessments and explaining procedures clearly, if needed Maintain accurate and organized medical records in electronic health record (EHR) Support optical by dispensing/adjusting glasses Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times Requirements Prior experience is recommended for tasks stated above Positive, friendly attitude with both patients and coworkers Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide compassionate patient care Join us to make a difference in people's lives through exceptional eye care!
