Our optometry office is known for personalized care and a boutique optical featuring stylish, high-quality eyewear. We are growing and looking for a friendly, motivated eyewear consultant / optical associate who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style Deliver a warm, professional patient experience from check-in through checkout Perform pre-testing and preliminary examinations using modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment (training provided) Manage scheduling, phones, and patient flow throughout the day Support daily front desk, front office, and optical operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A natural ability to connect with patients and guide them confidently in their eyewear choices Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive, team-oriented attitude Previous optometry, optical, ophthalmology, or vision care experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person

Compensation & Benefits:

$19-$25/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth based on performance Health insurance Retirement plan

Schedule:
