Generous pay with monthly bonus opportunities PTO and paid holidays Career growth within your practice and the region Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & more Adventure Vision in Aurora, CO currently seeking a Lead Optometric Assistant to monitor and manage optometric assistant performance and proficiency levels. This position will report to the Assistant Operations Manager.
Pay range:
$20-$25/hr Job Responsibilities Maintain, clean, and audit frame board on a weekly basis Order and track materials/supplies needed for back office Ensure patients are teched and scribed in a timely manner and assists the team when falling behind Educate patients on proper frame selection and lens options Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in a vision practice is a plus Ability to tech, scribe, and perform optometric tasks Strong communication skills Proficiency in EHR systems Ability to train and lead a team of Optometric Assistants Ability to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on time Preferred knowledge of optometric online software/database, Intero Order processing systems, Google Docs, and Document Portal Spreadsheet software Bilingual a plus In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
Compensation:
$20-$25
