In this role, you will provide support to both patients and eye care professionals in our office. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patients and basic administrative duties. Duties Greet and assist patients upon arrival Assist in the selection of eyewear providing recommendations based on patients' needs. Support the office by managing inventory levels of optical products and supplies. Educate patients on proper eyewear care and contact lens usage. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records Requirements Previous experience in an optical environment is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
