The ideal candidate is an energetic, enthusiastic go-getter who can work with a wide variety of personalities. Duties and responsibilities for this unique opportunity include but are not limited to: Assist physician in transcribing the patient history and physical exam, and document the physician's encounter with the patient using NextGen EHR List all diagnostics, symptoms, follow up instructions and prescription as dictated by the physician Transcribe all patient orders including tests and medications Document all procedures performed by the physician Help with clerical duties
