Job Description
Job Overview
- Tech savvy indivdual, person who has computer based skills, having the ability to navigate through different online domains
- Optical knowledge, prescription interpretation and translation, SPHERE/CYLINDER/AXIS prescription details
- Customer communications, provide customers with supporting answers, updates and resources to ensure a positive (educational) experience
- Data entry skills, methodical and accurate ability to create and produce orders
- Quality control of optical manufacturing, including inspection of lens and frames.
- Optical laboratory experience
- tech savvy related to optical machinery software
- respectful to the business and its policies, as well as management and other teammates.
