Job Description

Rare opportunity to join a premier Private Ophthalmology Practice located in Venice, FL. Seeking an experienced FT Ophthalmic Technician. No weekends, evenings or travel to secondary locations required. Monday- Thursday 730-430 / Friday 730-1
Requirements:
Experience as an Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician Strong Refraction skills
EMR Responsibilities:
Conducting various eye tests Taking medical histories Preparing patients for eye exams Recording patient information accurately in the EMR system
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and procedures Familiarity with EMR systems We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and a 401k plan.
