Overview Ophthalmic Technician•Premier Eye Physicians (Experienced Preferred)
Location:
3890 Redwine Road, Suite 212,
Atlanta, GA Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM•4:00 PM)
Tuesdays:
Surgery day (no clinic patients)

We utilize advanced diagnostic technology and a fully integrated cloud-based system ( Optivate EMR, Optivate PE, OpenPM ) to streamline workflow and improve outcomes. This is a physician-led private practice offering a stable, team-oriented alternative to corporate medicine. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Ophthalmic Technician to join our clinical team. This role involves direct patient care, diagnostic testing, and assisting the physician in delivering comprehensive ophthalmic services.
Key Responsibilities Perform patient work-ups:
Visual acuity Refractions (preferred) Tonometry Medical history documentation Conduct diagnostic testing: OCT (Heidelberg Spectralis) Visual fields (Olleyes VR / Centerfield) Fundus photography (Optos) OPD Scan III Prepare patients for exams and procedures Assist with in-office procedures Maintain accurate EMR documentation Support efficient patient flow
Qualifications Preferred:
Ophthalmology or optometry experience COA/COT certification
Required:
