Ophthalmology Receptionist/Technician in Japanese Speaking Office Honolulu, HI 96814 $18

- Full-time A private ophthalmology clinic seeking a receptionist and/or ophthalmic technician.
- Limited Japanese proficiency (speaking) is helpful.
- Receptionist's tasks include checking in/out patients, scheduling patients, collecting co-pays, answering phone calls, checking patient's insurance information, and performing some testing.
- Ophthalmic technician will prepare patients prior to seeing a doctor. Tasks include vision testing, history taking, and taking pictures using ophthalmic equipment. After 1.5-2 years of on the job training and self-study, assistance is available to obtain certified ophthalmic assistant certificate.
- No medical background or experience necessary, customer service experience is helpful.
- Needs to be proficient in computer use.
