The technician assists optometrists by performing preliminary eye exams, collecting patient histories, and operating diagnostic equipment to measure vision and eye health. from reception, eyewear selection and contact lens care. You will perform administrative and clinical assignments to keep the practice running smoothly. Applicant must be willing to travel to all three locations. Bilingual a plus. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting the doctor with patient care. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with patients. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, to interact with patients and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records. Operate and manage medical equipment, demonstrating proficiency in relevant computer systems. Perform frame alignments to ensure proper fit. Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to maintain comfort and proper vision. Collaborate with Doctors and entire staff to promote the practice and maintain the integrity of care for our patients. Communicate effectively with all members of our team.

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
