Job Description
Overview Ketchum Eyecenter is a patient-focused optometry practice dedicated to providing exceptional eye care in a welcoming, professional environment. Our team values compassion, teamwork, and excellence in every aspect of patient service. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented doctor's assistant to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for exams Perform pre-testing procedures Record accurate patient histories and update electronic health records Assist the optometrist with diagnostic procedures and documentation Educate patients on eye health, contact lens use, and eyewear care Maintain clean and organized exam lanes and equipment Help with front desk support when needed (answering phones, scheduling, etc) Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort with technology and using the computer Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and eager to learn Benefits Health Insurance Vision and eyewear benefits, including family discounts Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Bonus opportunities
