M-F, 8:30-6:30pm Who we are looking for!Someone with a passion for customer service and beautiful eyewear with a desire to learn and grow!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivering a captivating and memorable customer experience to all of our patientsProviding best in class medical eye exams, using latest technology and skillConsulting in frame selection for patients to help them find the best eyewear to meet their needsPerform adjustments and repairs when necessaryProcess contact lens/spectacle orders and review reports to monitor status dailyVerify glasses and notify patients for dispensingVerifying medical vision insurance coverage and pricing exams and materials for patientsPerform quality checks on lensesCross-train in the finishing lab to be able to perform the following functions:Lining lens, tracing frame, edging, mounting, checking trays, performing necessary repairs/adjustmentsAvailability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close
