Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optical Lab Tech / Optician to join our team. As an Optical Lab Tech / Optician, you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and dispensing eyewear. Duties Fabricate and assemble prescription eyewear using laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Perform laboratory tasks including cutting, edging, mounting lenses, and verifying optical measurements with precision Inspect finished eyewear for quality, accuracy, and defects Assist with order tracking and ensure timely completion of jobs Repair or adjust damaged frames and lenses Measure and fit people for glasses Process and ship orders Experience Laboratory experience with optical fabrication equipment such as lens edgers and mounters is essential. Optician background preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
