Optometric Technician in Training - Where Precision Meets Compassion. As an Optometric Tech in Training, you'll serve as the doctor's right hand—conducting pre-tests, gathering vital health information, and ensuring every patient is prepped for an exceptional experience. Daily Responsibilities:

Perform pre-tests and diagnostic procedures with accuracy and efficiency. Collect and document patient medical histories and current health information. Communicate effectively with doctors and help manage clinic flow. Maintain clean, functional equipment for a seamless patient experience. Assist with insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefit authorizations. Stay current with training and actively work to grow your skills. This Role Is NOT for

Company-Paid Life Insurance Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour base o At 30

Days:

Eligibility to complete Tavel Technician Certification $1.50/hour raise

Bilingual Pay Eligibility:

fluency in another language, increase to base pay below: o Spanish, ASL, or French Creole +$0.50/hour & Burmese +$1.00/hour
