Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Optometric Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit. Assist with contact lens training and education. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times. Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phones. Help keep exam rooms and equipment clean and organized. Assist with optical duties such as lens measurements, frame selection support, and retail sales of eyewear products.
