Job Description

Our growing private optometry practice is looking for an enthusiastic Optometric Technician who wants to be part of the future of eye care. In addition to comprehensive eye exams, we specialize in dry eye disease, ocular wellness, and aesthetic treatments , offering patients advanced technology and personalized care. We take pride in providing personalized care, utilizing advanced technology, and building lasting relationships with our patients. Whether you have experience in optometry, ophthalmology, aesthetics, dermatology, dentistry, medical assisting, or another healthcare field, we'd love to meet you. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn. What You'll Do Every day is different!
Responsibilities include:
Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from start to finish Obtain medical histories and perform diagnostic testing Assist the doctor during patient care Learn advanced diagnostic technology including imaging Assist with dry eye procedures and aesthetic treatments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment Coordinate follow-up care and treatment plans Work closely with an energetic team committed to outstanding patient care We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, compassionate, and confident Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with technology and eager to learn Excellent at communicating with patients Professional with a polished appearance Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excited about healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, and helping people feel their best Preferred Qualifications Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, medical assisting, aesthetics, dermatology, dentistry, or another healthcare field preferred Customer service experience required High school diploma required
