Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for a candidate to assist with the daily operations of our optometry practice, from assisting customers with purchases to entering data. The Optometric Assistant will also be responsible for measuring visual acuity and performing the pretest screening for our patients. Responsibilities:

Prepare client for examination by doctor. Prepare instruments for the examination of eyes by doctor. Maintain equipment and instruments used in eye examinations. Discuss client's diagnosis with doctor. Prepare patient for examination of vision by doctor. Maintain records requested by doctor. Refer to specialist when needed. Fit and dispense glasses and contact lenses. Contact lens training with new wearers.
