NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WILL TRAIN A
day in the life of an Optometric Technician can look like:
  • Complete preliminary testing and necessary documentation
  • Gather medical history, medications and reason for the visit
  • Facilitating the flow of the office by quickly and efficiently preparing patients to be seen by the Optometrist
  • Greet patients in person and on the phone Optometric Technician required skills & qualifications include:
  • Must be able to maintain a professional attitude/wardrobe
  • The ability to connect well with patients and coworkers
  • Tech-savvy; typing capabilities
  • Able to multitask, manage time wisely; detail-oriented; adaptable to change
  • Team-player with a positive attitude to help create the best
