Job Description
A typical day includes:
Assisting doctors to perform diagnostic testing Assisting in administrative tasks Handling patient service issues Building office morale to support company culture Performing other duties as required to support the officeMust Have:
A welcoming smile and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example The desire and ability to connect with patients Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical practice administration is preferred, but not required Demonstrated ability to identify problems within an office and to develop feasible solutions.
