About the Role Family Eye Care Center & Optical Gallery is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Time Optical Administrative Assistant / Optician Assistant to join our Optical Gallery team. This position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our optical laboratory and eyewear fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing jobs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This role works closely with patients, opticians, eyewear vendors, outside laboratories, and practice leadership to help ensure a smooth and positive eyewear experience for every patient. Candidates with prior customer service experience and medical office experience are strongly preferred. Optical experience is helpful but not required.
