Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Perform preliminary testing, including visual acuity checks Record patient and family health histories Verify eyeglass prescriptions and order contact lenses Enter prescription medications accurately into the systemAdditional Duties May Include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance benefits (vision and medical) Receiving payments for services and goods Managing patient referrals Completing various office tasks as neededWork Hours:
Monday throughFriday Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Team oriented with a positive, proactive attitudeWhat We Offer:
