Job Description

Belill Eye Care is a privately owned optometric practice in Clio focused on personalized eye care and exceptional patient service in a friendly, professional environment. We are seeking a dependable, friendly team member for an entry-level Optometric Assistant / Technician Trainee position. No prior eye care experience is required. We provide hands-on training and value candidates with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who wants hands-on clinical experience and long-term career stability without requiring prior certification or medical schooling. Position Overview This role primarily focuses on patient pre-testing and assisting with patient flow before the doctor enters the exam room. You will receive hands-on training in: Pre-testing equipment Patient workup procedures Electronic medical records Contact lens basics Front desk support General optometric office workflow We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position rather than temporary employment.
