Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunity to learn and grow in eye care Make a real difference in patients' lives Flexible ~36-hour workweek Your Role As an Optometric Technician , you'll: Assist the optometrist with exams and procedures Perform preliminary tests (visual acuity, tonometry, lensometry, dry eye procedures ) Administer eye drops and medications as directed Help patients with contact lens fittings Educate patients on eye care and eyewear Maintain accurate patient records Clean and maintain exam rooms and equipment Manage and order clinic supplies What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with ability to multitask Comfortable with computers (scheduling, EHR, billing) and medical terminology is a plus , and medical billing helpful Previous medical or preferred ?
