Job Description

OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN/ DOCTOR ASSISTANT
(no experience required for the Super Star go-getter we are looking for!) Are you a happy, dedicated individual who loves making a difference with those you help? Do you love being the person that makes somebody's day, whether it's a team member or a patient? Heinsight Eyecare is a thriving optometry office where outstanding customer service is our primary focus. This means delivering quality eyecare, eyeglasses and contacts as well as educating and empowering our clients toward a greater quality of life. Optical experience is not required. There is a system and a procedure for everything, so the office runs smoothly. Your attitude, organizational skills, people skills, and willingness to learn are most important. ABOUT THE JOB
The successful candidate will be meeting and greeting patients, pre-testing and getting patients ready to see the doctor, ordering and checking in contact lenses and glasses, teaching contact lens classes, calling patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, interacting with children and families, making sure patients stay on track, doing what it takes to get the job done, and being a source of positive energy. This position promises to be fun and fulfilling for the right candidate.
