Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Optometric Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional eye care! In this energetic role, you will support optometrists by preparing patients, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records. Prepare patients for exams by performing preliminary tests. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently, documenting patient data accurately and promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in medical office settings or optical clinics is highly preferred; strong clinic experience is a plus. Familiarity with EMR systems is required for efficient documentation. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care with compassion and professionalism.
Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
