Full-time •Because we have two offices, some coverage at our Otsego/Minnetonka office is requirement, based on patient scheduling needs. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Educate patients on eye care procedures, services and optical products. Manage patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct preliminary assessments, including taking vital signs and understanding medical history. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Provide training and support to new staff members as needed. Stay updated on medical terminology and optical advancements to enhance patient education.
