Job Description
We are an ophthalmology/optical office located in Harlem Manhattan. Looking for a fulltime or part-time ophthalmic technician. We looking for experienced technicians ONLY with a minimum of 3 years experience at Ophthalmology or Optometry office. Resume will be rejected without proper experience. In this role, your primary tasks are to take medical histories from patients, dilate their eyes to prepare them for exams, and provide them with instructions on how to use contacts, eye drops, and post-surgery medications. Other duties include assisting the ophthalmologist and optometrists by performing the following: check vision, administer visual fields, take external and fundus photos, OCT and IOL-master. Compensation depends on experience. Lots of room for growth.
