Role:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our optometry practice as an Optometry Technician / Front Desk Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare—no prior experience is required, and we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-testing procedures for patients (training provided) Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Verify insurance information and handle basic administrative duties Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
No experience required - willing to train Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
