Moore Vision Clinic Team:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for patient care? Norman Vision Clinic is looking for a Contact Lens Specialist to help us provide an exceptional experience for our patients. Whether you're an experienced tech or looking to grow your career in the eye care industry, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be the bridge between clinical expertise and top-tier customer service, ensuring our patients feel confident and cared for from the moment they order their lenses to the moment they put them in. What You'll Do As our Contact Lens Specialist, you will support the Contact Lens Manager in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

Clinical Patient Care:

Teach patients how to safely insert and remove lenses with patience and professionalism. You'll also educate them on the best lens options and available rebates.

Order & Inventory Management:

Stay on top of patient orders, notify them the moment their lenses arrive, and keep our trial fit sets organized and ready for use.

Workflow Efficiency:

Manage digital records via Eyefinity Practice Management (EPM), verify insurance benefits, and coordinate promotional communications.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our doctors, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless flow and maintain our high standard of clinical excellence. Assist the Tech Team by completing patient work up, pre-testing, gathering and charting medical history as needed.

You can explain technical processes (like lens handling) in a way that's easy for anyone to understand.

Detail-Oriented:

You're the person who catches the small things, ensuring orders are accurate and records are meticulous.

Tech-Savvy:

You're comfortable with—or eager to learn—electronic health records (EHR) and insurance portals.

Cool Under Pressure:

You thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment and can multitask without losing your smile.

This role is ideal for someone who is: Enthusiastic and personable , with a knack for building rapport quickly. Detail-oriented and committed to precision in all technical tasks. A quick learner eager to master the art and science of contacts Lens dispensing. Ready to handle a challenging and fast-paced retail and medical environment.

Experience Level:

No prior experience in optics is necessary —we are prepared to train the right candidate! Sales/Retail experience is a significant plus.
