WHAT WE OFFER
Starting wage per hour based on previous experience and certification 6.5 paid holidays per year Accrued PTO Benefit eligibility based on status to include medical, dental, STD, life insurance and 401k Growth and wage increase through company paid certification program
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare patients for eye examinations by communicating the features and benefits of our preliminary testing procedures. Perform all preliminary and any doctor requested tests on all patients. Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures. Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office, properly communicating delays. Prepare exam room by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies. Provide a safe, clean, organized and inviting environment for both patients and staff. Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the office manager or team lead, and doctor(s).

Physical Activity:
Standing for sustained periods of time, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting, Talking, Hearing.
Physical requirements:
Light work. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist, 5 lbs. from waist to shoulder, and 5 lbs. from shoulder to overhead. The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
