Ophthalmic Technician, Part Time Medical Center Eye Clinic Salem, OR Job Details Part-time $19 - $21 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Medical office experience HIPAA Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Part-Time Ophthalmic Technician Medical Center Eye Clinic is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. This role supports our physicians by providing excellent patient care and assisting with clinical testing in a fast-paced ophthalmology practice.
Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain medical histories Perform visual acuity testing, intraocular pressures, and other diagnostic testing Assist physicians during examinations and procedures Document accurately in the electronic medical record Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies Support clinic flow and provide exceptional patient service Follow all HIPAA and clinic policies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or a medical office preferred Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and testing Experience with EMR systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Join our physician-led team and help us provide outstanding medical and routine eye care to our community. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
