Job Description
Are you looking to join a growing, dynamic, patient-focused organization that is paving new channels for providing Medical Testing? Topple Diagnostics is an elite provider of diagnostic testing for patients who suffer from dizziness and imbalance. Topple Diagnostics is looking for a highly motivated, flexible Certified Medical Technician who has worked as a Diagnostic Tech, Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or other similar field working directly with patients. This role will be operating within an existing ENT practice as a Vestibular Technician in the Columbia, SC area. You will perform a maximum of 5 diagnostic appointments per day, spending about 90 minutes with the patient per appointment. Ideal candidates will be technology savvy, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and empathetic. Topple Diagnostics has successful operations in Georgia, North and South Carolina, Washington DC, Baltimore, Virginia, Texas and Delaware serving over 100+ locations. We are looking for an energetic, personable, articulate, organized leader to test patients in a Detroit ENT practice. This position will function as Vestibular Technician representing Topple Diagnostics for an ENT location in the Detroit area.

Candidate MUST be able to travel to Atlanta, GA for one week of initial onboarding Duties Performing vestibular function tests, including caloric testing, videonystagmography (VNG), electrophysiology, and rotary chair assessments Prepare patients for testing by explaining procedures clearly and ensuring their comfort and cooperation Operate specialized equipment accurately, following established protocols to obtain reliable diagnostic data Maintain detailed records of test results, patient interactions, and medical supply inventory Support the maintenance of testing equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance Collaborate with the clinical team to schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient flow Experience High School Diploma or GED-equivalent (REQUIRED) Prior experience working in a clinical or medical setting, preferably with audiology or vestibular testing is highly desirable though job training will be provided Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and empathetically to patients of all ages or with complex medical needs Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, CPT Coding (ICD-10), and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) Ability to operate complex medical equipment with precision and troubleshoot technical issues effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation Strong ability to multi-task and manage time while maintaining high level of patient care Must be physically able to maneuver patients safelyCompensation:
Bi-weekly payroll frequency $24•27/hour based on experience and education Overtime pay Technician Incentive Commissions•paid monthlyBenefits:
