Join Our Team as an Optometric Assistant — No Experience Needed! Are you passionate about helping people see the world more clearly? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our growing eye-care team! No prior experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training you need — just bring your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent patient care. What You'll Do Assist our optometrist during eye exams and procedures Perform basic pre-testing and collect patient history Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Greet patients, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly Educate patients on eye health, glasses, and contact lenses Help patients choose eyewear they'll love Keep our clinic clean, organized, and welcoming Support with billing, insurance, and other administrative tasks What We're Looking For A caring, professional attitude and desire to help others Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Comfort with computers and learning new systems Retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
