Optometric Technician / Receptionist

Full-Time Receptionist Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing excellent customer service, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones, manage incoming and outgoing faxes, and handle general correspondence Verify and research patient insurance benefits Bill patients for exams and services accurately Assist doctors by performing basic vision tests Process medication refill requests Receive, check in, and organize incoming glasses and contact lens orders Notify patients promptly when their orders are ready for pickup Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
