Job Description

Our established solo ophthalmology practice is seeking a high-energy professional to join our clinical team. Core Responsibilities Clinical Flow :
Facilitate comprehensive patient workups and specialized diagnostic testing.
Surgical Support :
Assist with in-office minor procedures and provide essential surgical preparation (prior experience in a sterile field is a significant advantage).
Digital Records :
Maintain meticulous accuracy within our EMR system; high computer literacy is a baseline requirement.
Patient Advocacy :
Serve as a primary point of contact for patient education, delivering complex information with clarity and warmth.
Team Synergy :
Work in direct coordination with the Ophthalmologist and care team to ensure a seamless "patient-first" experience.
Candidate Profile Background :
12-24 months of experience in a clinical or medical office setting (specialty eye care preferred).
Credentials :
Ophthalmic Assistant or Technician certification is highly valued, though not a prerequisite for the right candidate.
