Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records. Prepare patients for exams by performing preliminary tests including visual acuity assessments and autorefractor measurements. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions accurately. Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries.
