In this energetic position, you will assist optometrists by preparing patients, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your dedication to patient care and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and confidence. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records. Prepare patients for exams by performing preliminary tests including visual acuity assessments and autorefractor measurements. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions accurately. Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries. Collaborate with the team on clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow from check-in through checkout. Willing to work
