Job Description

Seeking motivated, welcoming, honest, and positive team player to join our optometry practice! We are a family-run, private optometry practice who values our employees and understands how important they are to our mission of providing exceptional, high quality eyecare to patients. Monday- Friday full-time availability needed. Benefits include allowance towards medical/dental insurance premiums, 401 K matching, paid holidays and paid time off. Details of the practice and responsibilities are below:
Our Practice:
Family -run, full scope optometry practice with a higher end optical boutique Located in North Dallas close to Addison We pride ourselves in offering exceptional patient care while maintaining a welcoming family atmosphere. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: perform pretesting and to work-up patients before they see the doctor use of electronic medical records (Knowledge of Officemate/ExamWriter appreciated) perform additional testing (Visual Field, OCT, pachymeter, corneal topographer, Optomap imaging, Oculus keratograph, IPL, Neurolens) educating patients on contact lens care and insertion/removal training (knowledge of both soft contact lenses and specialty lenses appreciated) Keeping exam rooms, all medical supplies, and contact lens trials stocked Coordinating referrals with other doctors great phone etiquette and communication skills scheduling appointments What we are looking for in an employee: We need a friendly, outgoing, highly motivated, and honest individual who interacts well with others Outstanding customer service with the natural ability to build rapport and a genuine interest in connecting with others. You must possess the desire to go above and beyond patients' expectations to offer exceptional service! Great commitment level, outstanding work ethic, and interest in a long-term position/employment . We have low staff turnover!
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
9 am-6 pm
Tuesdays:
10 am-7 pm
Fridays:
