This position offers the opportunity to leverage your hands-on optometry experience and clinical/optical knowledge to educate and support optometrists in the field. If you understand the clinical/optical side of eye care and are eager to grow professionally, we will provide the training and mentorship needed to develop your sales skills and set you up for success in a dynamic, relationship-driven role. OCuSOFT is an Eye and Skin Care pharmaceutical company seeking the services of a personable, energetic, "can-do" individual for the position of Field Customer Care Representative. Workweeks are Monday-Friday, with the occasional weekend when a trade show/conference is scheduled. FCCRs have a complete focus on delivering medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to Optometrists and Opticians in their offices. FCCRs also meet with the doctors, staff, and purchaser(s) to directly sell products into the practice as well as market a variety of prescription products to patients and providers. The Company develops and promotes innovative products that require technical presentations, so the preferred candidate will have good communication skills and be conscientious in their study habits to expand their product knowledge. The individual should also be available for some overnight travel.
Requirements:

- Able to travel overnight (up to 25%).

- A college degree is appreciated but not required.
