Job Description

Job Overview Established optometry office in Copperfield looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated assistant to join our team! Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor Answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments Verification of vision and medical insurance Dispensing of contact lenses Opening and closing daily reports Preliminary testing Prepare patient charts for the upcoming day Must be punctual and have good attendance Must be able to multitask efficiently Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications:
