This role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients promptly and professionally Verify insurance and manage appointment scheduling Collect patient intake information and medical history Perform pre-testing (auto-refraction, imaging, visual acuity, etc.) Assist the doctor during exams as needed Answer phones and manage front desk operations Order contact lenses and maintain organized work areas Support both front desk and clinical areas as needed Assist with patient recall efforts to help maintain a full schedule Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspaces Qualifications Previous medical or optometry experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable using computers and basic office software Must be able to multitask and stay productive throughout the day Additional Requirements Fluent in English 18+ years old Reliable transportation Must be able to work

Saturdays Pay:

Based on experience. Training provided. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, stays engaged, and is willing to help wherever needed to support the team and provide the best patient experience.

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
