We are seeking a pleasant part-time customer service oriented medical office assistant.

Approximate clinic hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:45AM-5:00PM Saturday 9AM-3PM Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Schedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out, collect payment
• Pretest patients
• Instruct patients on the insertion, removal, care of their contact lenses.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
• Confirm the schedule by calling appointments the day before
• Verify insurance authorizations
• Maintain the office

THOROUGH
