Job Description
Sonterra Eye Care is accepting applications for an Optometric Technician position. We are NOT hiring for applicants looking for a seasonal position. You must be available to work Saturdays. For students , we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, although this is contingent upon your ability to work the requested hours. We are seeking a team member who is friendly, customer service driven, detail oriented, and dependable. Optometric experience is preferred but not required. Good communication skills, multitasking and enthusiasm are required. The Optometric Technician duties involve preparing patients for their examinations by performing preliminary testing including autorefractor & tonometry measurements as well as special testing such as visual fields, Optos, OCT, etc.
