Optometric Assistant - Front desk, technician, optical sales, etc.

Whether you're a pre-health student, recent graduate, or simply someone who enjoys working with people and learning about medical technology, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience. Our practice is multilingual, so proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, or another language is a major plus!
Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for exams Take patient histories and pre-testing (autorefraction, NCT, topography, etc.) Manage and schedule appointments, data entry, process payments and orders Check out patients at the end of the visit Assist with specialty services (myopia, dry eye, sports vision) Help maintain a clean and organized clinic environment You're a
Great Fit If You:
Are friendly, organized, and eager to learn Love working with both kids and adults Are interested in healthcare, medicine, or optometry Are tech-savvy and comfortable in fast-paced settings Can work 3-5 days/week (flexible schedule available)
Bonus Points:
Previous retail, medical, or customer service experience Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, etc.) is a plus!

Our clinic is in Sugar Land, TX , with easy parking and a great team culture.
