Serious Inquiries with past experience appreciated. Looking for a diligent and positive staff member for an optometric office in Bellevue, WA. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and customized ophthalmic care in a comfortable and state of the art environment. We focus on providing evidence-based risk analysis to empower our patients with the knowledge necessary to make educated decisions for their ocular health. Optician Knowledge/experience of optical services and sales Ophthalmic Technician Requirements Knowledge/experience of medical history intake in an efficient manner Knowledge/experience of entrance testing: VA (near/distance corrected/uncorrected), Ocular Motility, Confrontation Visual Fields, Amslers, Pupils, Color Vision, Stereo Testing) Knowledge/experience of Refraction Understanding of basic ocular anatomy and importance of why testing is needed Knowledge/experience of need of dilation Knowledge/experience of retinal photography Knowledge/experience of visual field exam We expect an understanding of workflow and a conscientiousness of the schedule. We do not like to keep our patients waiting as their time is precious. •A working interview will be conducted to assess that the requirements listed above are met
