This position involves greeting and checking patients in/out of the office, verifying insurances, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, taking payments, as well as performing preliminary tests to prepare patients for their appointment with the doctor. Prior experience in the optical industry or as a receptionist is highly preferred. Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good work ethic and dependability are an absolute must. Hours would be Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:15 and Fri 8:00-1:00. Our growing optometry clinic is lead by a husband and wife team of doctors who believe in providing outstanding service to our patients and as well as fostering a positive work environment.
