We are a 5-year-old optometry clinic that is located in Carlsbad! Are you an experienced optician looking for a welcoming, fun work environment where patient care comes first? What You'll Do:

Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyewear, ensuring style and comfort Help with optical inventory and work with vendors to order lenses and frames Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing Maintain a smooth, organized office flow with a focus on quality over quantity Provide an exceptional patient experience in a low-pressure, non-corporate setting

What We're Looking For:

1+ years optician experience required (ABO certification a plus but not necessary) Strong office management and customer service skills Knowledge of vision insurance billing and optical sales Ability to multitask while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor Passion for personalized patient care and attention to detail Adaptability to every role in the office including optician, technician, reception.
